If you purchase our SHIPPING PROTECTION:
We will file a damage claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement item within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Instead of waiting for the shipping company’s investigation to be completed, we will ship your replacement early. Our team will process the claim and work directly with the shipping company. The shipping company will carry out its investigation as usual and may ask you for further details.
If you do NOT purchase shipping protection:
We will file a damage claim with the shipping company and initiate an internal investigation. We will need 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to conduct the internal investigation. If you have concerns about theft, please purchase shipping protection or use a shipping address at a business or other secure location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected packages.
